Dear friends,

We are a small but enthusiastic group that have set ourselves the task of formation of youth, our hope for the future. Our aim is to help all young students that live at or come by this residence, so they can be leaders of our future, good men, that work generously to serve others, in Japan and from Japan!

Do you like the idea? Do you want to help us? There are many ways to do it: giving us ideas, helping us with a donation, letting others know about our project or simply sending us your opinion about how to improve our homepage!

And of course, if you are a Christian, we appreciate your prayers, because as Saint Josemaria said: "Prayer is all-powerful". We are counting on you!

Best wishes,

Francisco Martin

The human support

I live at Seido since April 2007, when I came to Kobe University as an undergraduate student. I would say that the best point of Seido is the human support I have received since the beginning, from the staff and the friends I made there. For young students living far from their hometowns and families, having this kind of help is very important, so you can dedicate yourself to study and your new student life, without having useless worries.

A warm and friendly atmosphere

When I decided to go to Japan, to start a new academic and professional life, my priority was not only on a good Japanese language school to study at, but also an international residence located in a residential area near Kobe. For me, it was very important to be with friends that could help me in my new life in Japan, not only with the language I still can’t speak, but also with my new day-to-day life.

In my opinion, Seido is a good place to live not only because of the facilities, laundry service or the good meals we have here, but mainly because of the warm and friendly atmosphere I have found.
