Location
Seido is located in a residential area of Ashiya city (Hyogo Prefecture), between Osaka and Kobe. It is also well-connected by train lines: a five-minutes walk from JR Ashiya or Hankyu Ashiya-gawa Stations.
It is also located less than 30 minutes door-to-door from Kobe University, Kwansei Gakuin University and Konan University. More than 10 other public and private universities are located nearby.

From Osaka City :
- From JR Osaka Station (13 minutes). Take the "limited-express train" (shinkaisoku) bound for Himeji. Get off at the 2nd station (JR Ashiya Station).
- From Hankyu Umeda Station (25 minutes). Take the "local train" (futsu) bound for Sannomiya. Get off at the 8th station (Hankyu Ashiya-gawa Station).
From Kobe City :
- From JR Sannomiya Station (7 minutes). Take the "limited-express train" (shinkaisoku) bound for Osaka. Get off at the 1st station (JR Ashiya Station).
- From Hankyu Sannomiya Station (14 minutes). Take the "local train" (futsu) bound for Umeda (Osaka). Get off at the 5th station (Hankyu Ashiya-gawa Station).
